Mr. Squires, a Board Certified Specialist in International Law and Board Certified Specialist in International Litigation & Arbitration, born in the Republic of Panama, has lived and worked in the United States, Brazil, Indonesia, Mexico, The Netherlands, Asia, Africa, and The Middle East. He is a native Spanish speaker, fully bi-lingual to English, and fluent in Portuguese, French, and Italian. Also, Squires is a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators (“CCA”), Diplomate in International Arbitration Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (“CIArb”), and a Fellow of the National Academy Neutrals. Gilbert is a Texas Professional Engineer (Petroleum Branch) for over 30 years. He serves as Outside General Counsel and Special Magistrate. Our Founder
Is a global multicultural – multilingual – multidisciplinary servant leader. For over twenty years, Mr. Squires has served on the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and International Centre for Dispute Resolution’s (“ICDR”) Roster of Complex Business, Energy, Oil & Gas, Construction, and Maritime Arbitrators. He has been called upon to serve as ICDR Emergency Interim Measures Arbitrator and Joinder Arbitrator. Also, he has worked as an advocate on ICC, AAA, and ICDR and as a Tribunal Expert on ICC matters. Those multimillion-dollar arbitrations have involved: Upstream and Downstream Oil & Gas, Aviation, Technology, Wind Power, Aviation, Thermal Power, Maritime Construction, Energy Construction, Solar Energy, Internet and Cellular Technology, Banking, Hospitality, and Music. Mr. Squires is a Fellow of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
Mr. Squires has been called on to mediate complex commercial, domestic, and international matters. He has lectured and served as faculty on the United Nations Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation — The Singapore Convention. He serves as faculty for Domestic, International, Maritime, Commercial, Energy, International Complex Business, and Construction Arbitration and Law Programs. Probate Arbitrator. He is a Co-Founding member of the Miami International Arbitration Society (”MIAS”).
He distinguishes his successful career by professional depth, personal and professional diversity, and exemplary service to the profession. Mr. Squires was the 103rd President of the Miami-Dade Bar (f/k/a Dade County Bar Association 2019-2020) and the 67th President of the Miami Beach Bar Association (2009-2010).
Throughout his life, Gilbert mentored students and professionals globally. He is a recognized Super Lawyer, Florida Legal Elite, Top 100 Bet the Company Litigator, previously in the Top 25 Alternative Dispute Resolution Firms, Pro Bono Small Firm Award. He is recognized by the Top 100 Black Lawyers of America. He is a Rokudan, 6th Degree Black Belt, in Tomiki Ryu Aikido, celebrating over 50 years in the Martial Arts, and avid Yoga practitioner.

Carlos F. Osorio Board Certified Specialist — International Law, Of Counsel
Carlos Federico Osorio Montealegre, born in Nicaragua, is Of Counsel, and Board Certified Specialist in International Law; he has earned an advanced specialization from The Florida Bar in International Law and is the past Chairman of The International Law Section of The Florida Bar (2018-2019). He is tri-lingual (English, Spanish, and Portuguese). He mainly focuses on international disputes of many kinds, from international commercial disputes, trust disputes, shareholder battles, marital disputes, and intellectual property disputes, to frauds, currency frauds and assisting in criminal investigations. He litigates in State and Federal Court and has been admitted to practice in numerous Federal District Courts in the United States. Super Lawyer.
Alberto A. León, JD, PhD, Registered Patent Attorney — Of Counsel
Dr. Alberto A. León, Ph.D., born in the Republic of Panama, a Ph.D. in Chemistry, is a Patent Attorney admitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is Of Counsel. Also, admitted to practice in Florida and New Mexico, he is Fluent in Spanish and English. Dr. León provides legal services in the registration, prosecution, and litigation areas. His experience includes general counsel and corporate work for closely held corporations and consortia, sponsoring research and development activities at national laboratories and universities. Dr. León’s practice includes infringement litigation before the federal courts and administrative agencies. Dr. León has negotiated international contracts and licenses and routinely handles intellectual property cases for business interests in Latin America. Dr. León’s practice also focuses on various aspects of sports law, especially protecting intellectual property rights, transactional work, and dispute resolution. Before becoming an attorney, Dr. León taught graduate-level chemistry and courses at the University of New Mexico. He also directed and conducted research projects on applications of organic chemistry, biochemistry, and radiochemistry to cancer diagnosis. Dr. León received his Ph.D. in bio-organic chemistry with honors from the University of New Mexico.
Beno Suchodolski, Certified Foreign Legal Consultant — Admitted Federative Republic of Brazil
Beno Suchodolski, born in Brazil, is Of Counsel and a Florida Foreign Legal Consultant. He is the founding Member of Suchodolski Advogados in São Paulo, Brazil. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, French, and Hebrew. He is a 1965 Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de São Paulo graduate and a 1968 Harvard University LLM. Former Business, Commercial, and Tax Law Professor at the School of Business Administration at Getúlio Vargas Foundation.
Pablo Memba Etuba — Masters of Science, Engineering — Consultant
Pablo Memba Etuba, born in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, is a Master of Science Engineering and Consultant to the firm. He is fluent in Spanish, English, French, Mandarin, and Portuguese. Mr. Memba is CEO of GML, an energy and infrastructure consulting firm with a successful track record of brokering and executing over 30 public/private joint venture and investment projects valued at over US$5 billion. During Mr. Memba’s 25-plus years providing management consulting, negotiation, business development, and strategic business services to the oil and gas, power, and construction sectors, he has advised international firms, multinationals, and start-up ventures on all phases of project development. Also, he has served as a key expert and advisor to ministries in Equatorial Guinea and Angola on oil and gas sector reform and has led their programs to increase foreign investment and competition. He is recognized for successfully developing joint ventures with several oil services companies in Equatorial Guinea and implementing renewable energy and gas projects in China and Trinidad and Tobago.
